I reserve the right to blacklist anyone for any reason. You don't have to be a commissioner, follower, or have any relation to me at all. When I blacklist you, I might give you a brief explanation of why and block you but it isn't my responsibility. This is not up for discussion.(All usesers with a ☆ next to their name have been permanently blacklisted, this means they cannot appeal their blacklisting at all.)If you're blacklisted, You aren't allowed to commission me, buy adopts, or own character designs of mine that you didn't previously own before being blocked/blacklisted. If I see you have bought a design of mine after being blacklisted, I will make a public beware on you for avoiding my blacklist. When you're blacklisted, You'll be added to my public blacklist so people know not to sell a design of mine to you, etc.Whatever character designs and art of mine you have before getting blacklisted are still yours. You are still expected to follow my terms of service with characters and art of mine you owned before being blacklisted.

Personal exp: Spent months getting back to me after I paid for a character

Was very rude to me when I wouldn't sell to them [coming back after a month just to start a fight] and, from what i've seen, is just rude and passive agressive in general
